Technical notes This site uses the database used in Galactic 2.4. It uses perl programs to read these and generate sector and subsector maps, and to do the planet writeups. Downloads Sec2gal converts any sectorfile to a galactic database. Known problems Java viewer doesn't work using later versions of Mozilla. Future fixes and changes Add the rest of the Gateway Domain, and maybe even more sectors. Set up "other galaxies" (Core Route, M0, N:th interstellar wars, etc...). Add a key of the characters used on the ASCII subsector hex maps. Add a key of the symbols used on the JAVA subsector hex maps.
