Birdie Class Imperial Fleet

The ships of the Birdie Class Imperial Fleet has armor-9, agility-4 (the fighters has emergency agility 5) and jumpdrive-2. The ships are built at TL-14 and are now mostly used in low threat areas and in the reserve. (All ships are built using Book 5 High Guard rules.)

Bee FighterThe Bee class is an old imperial design. It is still in production on a few worlds. A total of over 20000 Bee-class fighters has been built. Today (year 1100) more than 4000 are still in service. Many have been sold or given away to low tech world (Client States), as system defence fighters. (Emergency agility=5, the laser is Pulse-Laser.)

Bumblebee FighterThe bumblebee class is an old imperial design. It is still in production on a few worlds. A total of over 7000 bumblebee fighters has been built. Today (year 1100) more than 1000 are still in service.

Wasp FighterThe Wasp class is an old imperial design. A total of over 3000 Wasp-class fighters has been built. Today (year 1100) more than 500 are still in service. The gunner of the second fusion gun is sitting backwards. (Like in a Bf-110) (Emergency agility=5)

Colibri Destroyer EscortThe Colibri class is an old imperial design. It is now used in remote areas and in low threat regions as an imperial patrol craft. It is hasn’t been in production since 1074. The typical age of ships still in service are 50 years. A total of 452 ships has been built. Today (year 1100) 63 ships are still in service and 14 more placed as a reserve. The ship includes two 17-ton Bumblebee fighters, 37 staterooms for the crew and fuel-scoops and fuel purification plant. (The lasers are pulse-lasers.)
